What is your shipping policy?
Check it out... orders are shipped free within the continental United States if your order is over $100! All other orders are charged a flat-rate fee of $7. For any orders outside of the continental U.S., shipping costs are determined by weight. For those countries with VAT, we'll figure that into the price for you. Please add your selected items to your shopping cart, and international shipping costs will be determined during the checkout process. Since all of our gear is customized to your location, each order is unique. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and delivery.
Do you accept returns?
No problem! We'll happily accept unworn, undamaged returns for regular stock designs in the case you decide you don't want the item. You must pay for the shipping back to us. If you have a return, please contact us for a return authorization by emailing us at email@example.com and we will refund your money within 7-10 business days. We apologize, but we cannot accept returns for any custom embroidery orders, unless we made an error on our part.

Tell me more about custom orders. What can you make custom?
All of our shirt and embroidery designs have a specified location and "OUR THING" as the logo, and can also be ordered with one of our popular major cities/regions. If your don't live in one of those areas and are interested in customizing your order with your city or state, let us know by clicking here on this page. We might be able to accommodate you. Occasionally we will also do custom orders for a particular club or organization, for example a biker club, or a special event. Again, as an example we've made custom orders for National Crime Syndicate, Gangsters in Paradise, the Italian Festival, and family reunions. However, we want to remain true to our brand, so every custom request that isn't a city or state has to be approved by our marketing team. We DO provide bulk discounts for large order quantities! ®"OUR THING" Apparel" is not liable for any losses caused to you by late delivery. As part of the shipping process, an e-mail will be sent when your goods are dispatched from our warehouse. We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website. We will not be held accountable for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss, which does not directly result from company error.
Do not even think about it! All site content & related product artwork is owned by LA MIA FAMIGLIA, INC. and is protected under U.S. and International Trademark Law. All materials appearing on the ®"OUR THING" Apparel website and webserver may not be reproduced or stored in a retrieval system without prior written permission of the owner and in no case for profit.

We will not sell or share your information with any outside organizations unless legally obliged to do so. We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us with regard to your online purchase, which includes name, address, phone number, and email address. However, that data does not identify individuals or personal information about our site visitors. In the future, we may collect and store comments, feedback, product reviews, etc., but do not do so at this time. Our financial transactions are 100% secured using PayPal and STRIPE.
